The room had a beautiful view of the river, which I absolutely loved. The bed was comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's rest. The location was convenient, with a bus stop nearby and quick access to local eateries like McDonald's and KFC. However, I encountered a problem with the bathroom. the toilet fan didn’t work, and I found the body shampoo containers nearly empty. The interaction with the checkout staff was disappointing. the guy hardly acknowledged my presence, which made for an awkward goodbye. Housekeeping did their job well in terms of fresh towels but could improve on cleaning during the stay. Overall, I enjoyed my time, but there are areas that really need attention.

Had an awesome time with friends! We spent our days at the Perth Festival and enjoyed the beautiful riverside walking tracks. The staff were friendly, and we loved the stunning views. Be prepared for some dated decor but overall great value. The location made it easy to access everything, and I’d definitely recommend it for groups.
The bathroom cleanliness wasn't up to par. we noticed a bit of mold that needed addressing. It didn’t ruin our stay, but it’s something to keep in mind for future visitors.
